Fetch has a fraud team working around the clock to ensure the app–and your account–remain safe and secure. If we notice fraudulent activity from your account, we’ll freeze it and contact you for more information. We take incredible pride in making sure your information is safe with Fetch and have teams working around the clock to make sure that is the case. 

What information is needed to sign up for Fetch?

A phone number is all you need to get started on Fetch. To take advantage of certain features in the app, we may ask for a few more details like your:

• Name
• Email
• Mailing address
• Birthday

How does Fetch use my information? 

Fetch uses this information to personalize and improve your experience in the app. It helps us provide you with curated content and offers we think you’ll love. 

For example, your birthdate allows us to share alcohol-related offers and content with you only if you’re 21 years or older.
